As Friday moved along, she wondered how she is going to spend this weekend alone. He will be away at work all weekend, maybe not even coming home to sleep. At 5pm, she decided she will spend some time working out so she packed her bags, left for work and spend the next hour in the buses to reach her gym. After spending an hour at the gym class lifting more than her usual weights, she rented 3 movies and bought some groceries to cook some dinner for herself. How she wished that she was gonna spent the night cuddling up with him, watching the movies she rented and eating the food she cooked. But nonetheless, the night went past fairly easy with the movies.
At midnight, she heard the sound of keys rattling at the door. It cant be anyone else. A smile was pasted on her face and she went out to greet him. Their eyes met and although he was worn out from the very long day at work, he was glad that he was home to her. As they laid in bed, she watched him sleep and wondered how she is going to managed 10mths without him by her side. She stroked his hair and slowly fell asleep.
